Dealer orders ship LTL from Saint-Jean in 4 to 7 business days. Yards in Bolton and Ottawa are next-day from our distribution centre.

Peak season (May–July) runs tight on cedar. Most yards carry PT through the full year; Polaris Pro yards hold reserved cedar during peak. Call ahead to confirm before driving out.

Yes — we ship to the northern US border states (VT, NY, NH, ME, MI, and eastern MN). A brokerage fee applies to retail orders; Polaris Pro dealers carry their own brokerage.

Not for durability. Cedar weathers to silver-grey on its own without losing structural integrity. Stain is strictly for keeping the amber tone — apply a penetrating oil stain 60 days after installation.

Stainless steel ring-shank only. The ACQ treatment will corrode galvanised fasteners over five to seven years; stainless lasts the full warranty window.

Yes. The shadowbox pattern cuts cleanly from either end. Seal cut edges on PT stock with an end-cut preservative — ask your yard for Cutek CD50 or equivalent.
