Polaris Pro is how lumberyards, contractors and fence crews buy NorthStar. Net-30 terms, four-hour quote turnaround, priority rail at end-of-season. No floor plan, no chargebacks.

Approved Polaris Pro accounts get net-30 payment terms from first delivery. No floor plan, no factoring fees.

Four-hour quotes

Drop-ship quotes turn around in under four hours during business days. Same regional rep every time — no ticket queue.

Priority rail

End-of-season capacity is allocated to Polaris Pro first. We reserve 18% of our August rail for the program.

Co-op marketing

We split installed-photo advertising with you 50/50 on the first $4,000 per yard per year. Photos must feature a NorthStar fence.

Eligibility

We keep the bar low enough to work with, high enough to keep the program honest.

Applications are reviewed by a regional rep within two business days. Approved accounts receive their dealer kit by courier within a week.

01Licensed lumber yard, contractor, or fence-install company based in Canada or the northern US border states.
02Minimum first-year volume of $40,000 wholesale ($60,000 installed).
03Active business insurance of at least $2,000,000 CAD general liability.
04One commercial reference from a paint, siding, or lumber supplier you have purchased from for 12+ months.
